On April 12, 2011, CFTC staff met with representatives of The Options Clearing Corporation to discuss proposed rules for derivatives clearing organizations related to risk management modeling, customer margining, information reporting, membership review, recovery timing and harmonization of regulations. The Options Clearing Corporation has previously submitted written comments regarding the proposed rule.
