I am against meddling into the leverage requirements of R1N3038-AC61. Instead please focus time and
efforts into prosecuting Naked Traders of Silver and Gold Contracts. Honest traders need not be targeted
by your organization. Start prosecuting those who already are violating current law. You are to be
protecting the public not turning a blind eye to theft and manipulation of big banks and brokerage
houses.
