Good day Secretary, I think the new proposed leverage changes aren't fair as they diminish the
ability of the small retail trader who can open a micro account with as little as $100. Also bear in
mind that brokers rules allow accounts to fall below a certain point before margin calls to protect
the broker & customer as well from losing too much.
