As a individuel Forex Trader I feel like the new rule proposal will hurt the little guy like me..I don't trade leverage
more then 100:1 and I manage leverage closely..And these new leverage proposal is going to forse me to move
my accts over seas...I think that there cvould be a better way to do this then reduce leverage to 10:1
