Regulation of Retail Forex
Dear Secretary of CFTC,
I am opposed to the new proposal of setting leverage of 10:1 for retail forex. I am somewhat happy to
see that CFTC is begining to regulated the retail forex market. However, this new proposal leverage of
10:1 will destroy many dreams of another income opportunity. It will drive many small accounts to
offshore where it may encountered more frauid on foreign soils. I personally like to keep my account in
a US broker. Hopefully this 10:1 leverage proposal won't be passed so I can keep my dollars in the
United States to achieve the American dream. Thank you very much.
