Sir,
Switching the leverage from 100:1 to 10:1 is not something I could support. It will hurt the small investor and will probably
kill the US brokers as many investors will just go to an overseas brokage. I personally believe I should be able to invest my
own money any way I feel fit as 1 am a grown man and if I want to use a higher leverage with my money I should have the
freedom to do so! Dennis Frantz
