    Comment Text:

Change the rules to remove speculators such as hedge funds and individual investors from bidding on contracts for commodities such as oil, cotton, etc where those speculators have no intention or capability of taking delivery of the commodity. They are causing the price to be inflated far above a normal demand price. The facts show that demand and supply do not justify such high prices for oil. These prices will eventually cause great damage to the fragile American economy. Please stop the wild speculation. The commodity exchange has become just a Las Vegas-style crap game with the American public getting slaughtered.
