There should be no "shadow banking" all banking must be done in the open, varifiable by regulators and understandable by all. No more derivative type giberish! If it cannot be explained, It cannot be done!
If someone is trying to do something beyond the "sight" of regulators, in the shadows, and the rest of the market, they are commiting fraud or theft.
Wall street has become one big sespool of fraud, theft, corruption and all other sorts of crime. The money they steal goes to more corruption.
