I am extremely concerned that this committe is possibly going to overhaul the Dodd/Frank legislation which would have helped to protect us from the abusive practices of Wall Street. Those practices involved gambling on derivatives for the personal gain of already weatlthy banking executives , and led to the unconscionable recession and unemployment we now must endure on "Main Street". My family and many of my friends are suffering now. Relief and protection from a possible recurrence of the past is absolutely essential. Please listen to the voices of those who deserve your help and strengthen, rather than weaken, this legislation.
