Reforms are obviously needed. But what is just as essential is that we was citizens remain observant when attachments are connected to bills that have nothing to do with finances and go through unnoted. The meticulious and orderly way this has been done over the past forty years more or less is why we are where we are. We let them (those who supposedly represent our interest) dismantle good legislation and controls until it ravels out into this mess. They knew it, but they didn't pay for it as usual we did!
