It seems obvious to me that regulations that prevent an excess of greed from damaging the free enterprise capitalist system are necessary for the ongoing stability and continued existence of the system. I am therefore urging you not to allow exceptions to the mandatory clearing of swaps for financial and commercial institutions that want to gamble in the derivatives market
