I worked in finance (Bay View Savings investment dept) and saw first "derivatives", CMOs that even in the late '80s were too complex for my boss to understand.
It is scandalous that even consideration that such investment vehicles should be exempt from scrutiny is to promote sabotage of our economy!
For once, DO YOUR JOB RESPONSIBLY and regulate all speculative financial constructions. Student loans will be next!
