The banking industry thinks the American people and government regulations are a joke. This is evidenced by the evasive techniques they use to avoid giving meaningful loan modifications to Americans who are suffering from the ruined economy that they created. Something must be done to make them take this country seriously and behave in more civilized ways toward their customers and this country as a whole. They do not deserve big bonuses and if they manage to get them they should be taxed to the nines.
