Please do not loosen the regulations contained in the Dodd/Frank bank bill. We've already seen the devastation caused by unregulated banking practices, and we do not need more fraud, deceit, and dishonesty. Please make sure that all banking procedures are carefully regulated, for banks cannot be trust (as Alan Greenspan said) to self-regulate for the good of the whole. Banks have only their own self-interest at heart. Someone (the government) must be involved to represent the people.
