Please keep this bill intact. Our economic security and our future depends on this. I am so sorry that it has come to this but it is clear that conscience does not guide the free market. It is clear that guidelines and regulations must be in place. I am a licensed clinical professional and have seen the results of this deregulation, shadow-financing and Wall-Street Vegas games....and people are not just losing their incomes and homes but are also losing their lives (illness, mental problems, etc.).
