I had a Bank try to foreclose on us, when we had asked for a medical consideration, when we were only two months behind and forced us to file Bankrupcy. They took the money they asked us to see, did not credit it, or nine of our other payments til months after we had to file. The tried again, lost and charged off our ,loan, sent our checks back. Now, we are in limbo with this Bank for the last two years. I'm a sixty five year old Vet (Marines). I don't know if these people will try to take our home again. This is no way to live !
