Please implement the Dodd-Frank Wall Street reform bill as written and within the spirit of that law.
In particular, trading in derivatives needs to be open and transparent. Legitimate exceptions for parties that actually use derivatives to hedge real-world business risks might be permissible. However, turning derivatives into yet another craps table in the financial industry casino is one of the major elements that brought our economy to the brink in 2008.
