We have already been sent into a black hole due to banksters and they do not need ways to get around legitimate legislation that keeps them honest...or somewhat honest
They have, in collusion with Wall Street, broken the housing market with intent and collected on the CDOs....and that is all they care about and the rest of the USA and its citizens can take a leap as far as they care.
So...let's have some regulation which has teeth in it please
