Keeping the intent of this referenced document and the transparency is essential at the very least. I think that all unproductive speculating, derivitatives and cdo's, etc. brought our country down to its knees. The only people paying for it are the middle class down. Now that is called austerity after giving more tax breaks to the very wealthy. The middle class has been losing wealth and wages, as well as paying more for food, health insurance, gasoline. Why would sane people allow all this unproductive speculating on food products, driving prices upward while people around the world are starving? I believe we need monetary reform in this country and it would help the people not the banksters.
