Hello. I'm fairly new to all of this, but I have oil heat. The rise of oil prices at such a face rate is very troublesome and very difficult for someone like me. I live by myself in a old home, and can't afford to upgrade my heating unit from oil to a heat pump system. I make a fairly decent living, but recently had to file for Chapter 13 bankruptcy due to a divorce amongst other things. How quickly oil prices rise just isn't fair to those of us who have to pay for oil. I can't afford to spend $400+ on a 100 gallons of oil that lasts me barely a month. Regulations should be in place to prevent this sort of thing from happening. The people who actually have to spend the money on oil to heat our homes would very much appreciate this.

    Thank you.
