REQUEST URGING THE SETTING OF POSITION LIMITS IN THE PRECIOUS METALS.
Sirs,
I respectfully urge you to establish and set position limits to help stop the continuing Comex market manipulation by the large banks that are creating such destructive interference in our free market system. Silver has the largest short concentration of all the commodities I have checked on, and I urge you to institute and implement position limits in silver immediately. I consider a reasonable limit of no more than 1,500 contracts should be maintained and enforced by you for the sake of protecting our market and its true price discovery function.
