    Members of the CFTC:

Respecfully I will submit my comments of the position limits for silver.

I have been following the actions of the CFTC for the last four years as a matter of interest. And for the past four years I have been disappointed by the board members actions and non-actions as they relate to the silver/gold futures market-place.

As a citizen of the USA, a tax-payer, and an investor, the crimes being perpetrated right out in the open by big banks is more like watching a gangster movie... and the supposed good guys have been bought and paid for, so as not to make waves or act in favor of the right choices.

It is necessary to make position limits in silver. It has been mandated by law to make position limits in silver and other commodities.

But, I wish to be specific and make a point of simple clearity: I recommend that the position limits should be set for silver between 1000 and 1500 contracts.

I request that the CFTC and it's board members finally do something correct for a change in venue.

I am fullly aware that one or two members of the CFTC board are trying to do the right thing... but they have certainly been losing against the resistance of other members.

The big banks have all the advantage that they need in other areas of the economy. They own our politicians, and many other regulators and agencies [a shameful fact of life]... let's see if we can keep one agency working for the people of this country... the CFTC.

Give us citizens a position limit of 1,000 - 1,500 silver futures contracts... and allow us to reclaim some manner of pride in at least one of our country's regulating agencies.

Thank you sirs for accepting my opinion on the matter of setting a silver position limit for the US Citizens.

    Respectfully,
    Doug Kennedy
