Dear CFTC....
Please implement position limits to help stop the ongoing COMEX market manipulation by the large banks such as JP Morgan and HSBC ...which have naked short postions in the multiples of yearly mining production...and have been taking down the metals market at will ...in particular the silver futures market.....how much more obvious can it be when every month at option expiry these outlaws perform their knock down and then the CME even helps them by raising margin requirements....Please do your job at the CFTC ...I know you are getting your marching orders from the Feds and JP Morgan ...but we are aware and our patience is running dry...
