It's important for the US to take a lead on regulation to stop the price bubbles in commodities - it serves the economy no benefit and leads to instability around the world.
Please implement the act thoroughly and resist calls for exceptions in fact there should be few exclusions and certainly none for Wall Street and there like and particularly hedge funds - exclusions should be limited to those with a physical interest in the goods like farmers.
