Regarding "Regulation of Retail Forex"
"Regulation of Retail Forex"
I've been receiving messages requesting public comment on the afformentioned subject.
I have personally been learning to, or attempting to trade the Forex markets for about three years
now. I started with $5000 and am not yet profitable but at least the opportunity is available and
my account is still active. My trading is done thru IBFX.
With regard to the proposal ** RIN 3038-AC61 ** we, as smallcapitolized traders, already have
the choice to reduce our exposure to risk thru adjustment of our lot size ....
I'm aware that not all brokers offer mini lot services so education to the public would be more
usefull than restrictions that cover even those who are informed and have a diciplined approach.
I'm sure you are also aware that restricting the whole community of U.S. traders to unwarrented
rules will only drive accounts to less reputable brokers working outside those restrictions; allowing
more manipulation of, and dire consequences for the individuals trading their own account.
IMHO .... Tim Jones
