Please consider the well being of most ordinary American citizens and not the wealthy banks or hedge funds and their lobbyists. I urge you to implement the proposed speculation limits.
Please give exemptions to businesses that deal in physical commodities (like farmers, gas stations, etc.) and not to banks, hedge funds or other financial players.
