Comment Text:
The CFTC needs to institute hard position limits on all commodities to reduce the effects of unscrupulous companies that manipulate the market instead of allowing the free market to work. An investigation into those companies needs to be COMPLETED by the CFTC and those companies found guilty of manipulation should pay sufficiently large fines to discourage the practice in the future.
