It appears to me the manipulation in the precious metals market is an established fact based upon evidence. Your Commission is slow to assess, comment, and act. Position limits are the tool to limit manipulation, particularly in markets as small as gold and silver.
As a small investor, I can not compete with market manipulators. However, I do suffer loss because of the tremendous naked short positions in silver, and the use of such tools to depress the price of my investment while unjustly enriching banks such as JPM.
Put an end the charade. Put an end to the manipulation. Alternatively, admit the game is rigged. Admit your Commission provides cover through inaction and an apparent policy of indecisive behavior for the market manipulators.
