Please do not loosen regulations on banks, hedge funds, or other financial institutions. These institutions have proved that they need tighter regulation -- anybody who has experienced the last three years knows this. These institutions do not have the greater good in mind, nor do they have the wisdom to invest in opportunities that promise justice to all. They need close, laser-like scrutiny and that is what Congress is mandated to provide. Please do you job: regulate the banks and serve the greater good. thank you.
