We need strong position limits to keep the massive price swings in check, while also allowing hedgers to continue large position limits as long as they take delivery of said contracts. This legislation needs to be fully funded to enforce the limits. America has been down this road before and the lessons learned need to be implemented now and not watered down. Too many Americans are suffering from excessive speculation and we need strong position limits on derivitives implemented now!
