Please help stop speculative trading and put limits on the trading volume. I own a small gas station and c-store. I am a one station owner and it is very difficult to make ends meet with out having to fight the bigger station owners who have more flexiablility with pricing. When prices are lower consumers don't shop for pennies. When they are higher the consumer starts to go were it is cheaper. Please help keep prices down. Thank you
