Only companies having a direct connection with a particular commodity should be allowed to buy/sell that commodity, i.e. chemical and oil manufacturing companies, distributors, refiners etc for crued oil and/or farmers, food processing and distribution companies etc for food commodities.
Speculation trades by those companies and individuals not directly involved in the supply chain of a particular commodity only serve to create harm for the world population which inturn will eventually cause civil unrest.
