Dear Chairman Gensler and fellow Commissioners:
I have read Mr. Ted Butler's comments dated February 23 concerning the staff's proposal on position limits specifically on silver. The facts which he states in his second paragraph are extremely compelling. I therefore support his request that a 1500 contract position limit for silver be adopted.
