Chairman Gensler and fellow Commissioners -
In watching silver inventory versus short positions over that last several years, it appears that there may be a short manipulation ongoing. I respectfully request that you institute limits that are in line with those found in other commodities under your jurisdiction, say, around 2000 contracts or 10 million ounces perhaps.
