Chairman Gensler and Commissioners:
I am very pleased to read about your staff's proposals on position limits. I do not follow all the categories and cannot comment on how the generalized formula applies to each case. I do, however, follow the precious metals and, in particular, the silver market. I believe the formula allowing 6000 contracts for silver is excessive and believe limits in the 1500-2000 contract range would be more reasonable.
