    To the CFTC:

    Please establish a 1,500 contract position limit in silver.

    Many decent, ordinary Americans are trying to protect their modest wealth by investing in silver, but manipulation of the silver price by some of the big banks is hurting them.

    I urge you to act now to protect your fellow citizens.
