    Chairman Gensler:

You were quoted in a recent speech as saying, “It will take some time to consider, summarize and respond to all of the comments we expect to receive in response to the position limits rulemaking, and it therefore may be included in the middle group.

We are discussing finalizing the middle group in the summer months.”

Sir, I pray that you will reconsider and act upon the position limits rulemaking at your meeting on March 28, 2011. To put this on going problem of manipulating the silver market into the middle group and therefore not act upon it until the summer months would be unfair to the public and advantageous for those that have been manipulating the market for 25 years and allowing them more grace period than they deserve. Besides, since the law says you have to give them 60 days minimum after you finalize the position limits, they will have ample time to liquidate their dishonest positions.

Frankly, I can’t see why you don’t just get it over with…after all that’s what Congress instructed you to do. Please put me down for favoring limits of 1,500 contracts.

    Cordially,
    Carol Sanders
