Chairman Genslar and fellow Commissioners,
Having watched the ponderous progress of attempts to rectify the seemingly improper and probably illegal manipulations in the silver market over the last few years , I am obligated to take this opportunity to make this requset of the CFTC concerning position limits in the COMEX. Please help us effect a long overdue clean up of any improprieties in our markets,specifically by instituting a 1500 or less position limit for silver.
