    Dear Chairman Gensler & Commissioners,

    I would urge you to approve the proposal on position limits, including limiting exemptions to bona fide hedgers.I would ask that you adjust the proposed limits to 1500 contracts from 5000 contracts (25million ounces) as the proposed 5000 contracts limits is too high a threshold in light of the world silver market.

    Again I would request that you limit the proposal to 1500 contracts.

    Thank you for your attention to this comment and for having the fortitude to confront the existing inequalities that harm the individual inverstors.
