I supply propane primarily to residential heating customers. It has become a severe hardship on our customers to heat their homes with propane due to price. Each winter we feel a significant portion of the cost is due to speculators entering the market; it certainly is not due to market dynamics. Plenty of supply with no large run up in propane demand. Help is needed. I am a true believer in market driven economics but when a relatively small market like propane is being manipulated for gain by some large traders with no connection to the market; we need help.
