Please regulate speculation. We all saw, just a few short years ago, how damaging predatory speculating can be on the fuel market. The prices went so far beyond people's means. Companies and customers bought contracts at over $4 a gallon and when the bubble burst and so many were locked in, it put people and companies into bankruptcy. All this so the rich could get richer. It is wrong! Please help put a stop to it!
