    To whom it may concern,

As a poultry farmer for the last 30 years I have seen the price of propane go form $0.35 about 15 years to $1.85 or higher now. These prices are contracted prices not prices everyday people pay. My farm spent almost $32,000.00 in propane last year at a price of $1.55 per gallon. It has already went up more than 20%. So I am looking at least paying at least 6 to 7 thousand dollars more this year. I haven't gotten a raise in over 6 years. I don't know why the government would allow someone on wall street to guess at what the prices will be without proof just to raise the price so that they can make more money. It is wonderful that our president wants green energy. There are some businesses that can't be green. You can't raise a turkey with solar energy. Is the government going to sit back and let farmers go broke so wall street spectulars can get rich. Farmers feed the people in this nation. We pay large sums in taxes. I believe we give more to the government to run and pay the Senate and Congress their wages that speculator who are filling their pockets with blood money from the people. They are just as bad as a theif in my oppinion. They lie to get want they want. I am asking you to do something before it is to late.

    Thank you,
    Terry Roe
