A G A I N S T FOREX 10:1 RULE PROPOSAL
Secretary,
This would effectively kick me out of the Forex market. This is basically my "401 plan" and I need the Forex
market for it to work.
AGAINST THE PROPOSAL
Would this affect banks as well, or only retail???
