I would like to thank the CFTC for this opportunity to make a comment on the up coming regulation being proposed. The Registration of Intermediaries. When intermediaries voluntarily withdraw their name and number from the NFA list, we, the public and the government need to know why. If they are doing it to only re-register and cover up past disciplinary actions can not be allowed. Allowing this process to be to simple will allow the bad actors to continue without the ability to track them. Creating and maintaining these safe-harbors is essential to establishing transparency in these markets.
