    Dear CFTC;

    Please place position limits on silver of the size of 1500 contracts per position. I believe this number of contracts equals 7.5 million ounces and in the small silver market this amount is very reasonable.

    Currently traders have positions that are way too high in relation to annual silver production. This can make the pricing very unrealistic with respect to the actual physical market.
