Please limit position holding's to further prevent price manipulating, and enhance free market performance. I am not a believer of "Big Brother" intervention, however there needs to be a referee with big $ players who spy loop holes and manipulate with attitudes of "to large to fail, and sue me in 10 or more years". Us small investors can't compete under these conditions, and need regulatory reform for prevention of such manipulative market control.
