Bob's Cash Fuel is a small business in Central Maine. The volatility of the Crude oil and fuel oil market is very problematic for us and our customers.
I am writing to voice my support for immediate adoption of proposed rule (RIN 3038–AD15 and 3038–AD16 Position Limits for Derivatives).
Something needs to be done before we lose all of our customers to other heat sources thanks to traders looking for a fast dollar.
