To Whom it May Concern,
You simply must enforce position limits on silver in particular. The continued manipulation of silver is hurting hundreds of thousands of small speculators. This manipulation is only helping the big bullion banks to continue their "rape" of USA citizens.
Please do you job, "get off the dime", and enforce the law and define position limits for silver and stop the necked short positions in silver due to no enforcement of position limits.
