The CFTC should adopt and strictly enforce position limits of 1500 contracts or less.
We are tired of manipulation in commodities especially silver where the little guy hasn't
got much of a chance to prosper from honest hard work and study and plays second
fiddle to big dishonest banksters who suck up all the proffits for themselves at our expense.
