Dear CFTC
I am hoping that your members will do the right thing and institute reasonable position limits on the futures in Silver of 1500 contracts as I have lost money playing in a rigged market that has some entities selling big time to drive the price downward for one reason only GREED .....This is a crime in progress as you are the body that should be overseeing this situation...Even recently as last week some entity sold paper silver to the tune of 6000 contracts to keep the the price of silver within their reason...And these people are not even mining concerns but BANKS and you would think the American taxpayer would have done enough in bailing them out.. I really hold very little hope that the CFTC will do much as it seems you are watching the crime daily for years and years and have done nothing but sit and study the problem.....Actions will speak much louder than words so I am just adding an opinion....
